Search Tips

Use the following search tips to help find information in the help:

• Case Insensitivity - Searches are case insensitive, so searching for "order" matches "order", "Order", "ORDER", and so on.
• Word Variants - Searches return variants of search terms, so searching for "order" matches "order" as well as "orders" and "ordering".
• Search Operators - Searches can also use the OR and NOT operators - see examples, below.

Examples

Search Term	Search Results
sales	Returns all topics that include the word "sales".
sales order	Returns all topics that include the words "sales" and "order".
"sales order"	Returns all topics that include the string "sales order".
"sales order" entry	Returns all topics that include both (1) the string "sales order" and (2) the word "entry".
"sales order" (entry OR report)	Returns all topics that include both (1) the string "sales order" and (2) either the word "entry" or the word "report".
"sales order" (entry OR report) NOT "Release Notes"	Returns all topics that include both (1) the string "sales order" and (2) either the word "entry" or the word "report", but exclude (3) the string "Release Notes".

Note that some usage of parenthesis may be prohibited for security reasons.
